If you are interested in learning CPR for yourself, your family, or in obtaining certification for your workplace, welcome — you will find help here. We are registered nurses who are passionate about teaching CPR to people ranging from children to adults, from medical professionals to people with no healthcare experience.
We are CPR instructors with experience teaching in a wide variety of settings throughout the Washington, D.C., metropolitan region. Our aim is to provide flexible and expert training whether you are an expectant or experienced parent, teacher, coach, or someone needing certification or recertification for work. As founders of Beat4LifeCPR, we are dedicated to teaching CPR and AED skills in a supportive and comfortable environment. Our ultimate goal is to empower each client to save lives whenever faced with situations where CPR/AED use is necessary. We strive to ensure that every person taking our classes feels confident about using these lifesaving skills after spending time training with us.

Certified CPR Instructors
We are registered nurses with long careers as hospital-based nursing educators. We both hold American Heart Association Instructor certifications and have a total of almost 40 years of experience in teaching CPR to healthcare providers, non-clinical staff in a variety of professional settings, expectant and new parents, and other members of the community.
We founded Beat4LIfeCPR to reach out to our community as we continue to teach these lifesaving skills. We are both passionate about providing flexible, quality CPR training so that you will have basic life-saving CPR skills whenever needed. Your ability to provide CPR help based on these simple, easy-to-learn skills, can be the key to allowing an individual to survive a cardiac or respiratory arrest.

Based on each client's level of need, and in accordance with American Heart Association Standards, Beat4LifeCPR is committed to CPR training excellence and quality customer service to include:
- Teaching Adult, Child and Infant Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) skills and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use.
Ensuring that clients gain a clear understanding of CPR/AED standards and how to perform hands-on maneuvers to help people of all ages.
Presenting to small groups to allow clients sufficient time to practice on manikins in a supportive environment.
Providing classes conveniently located in Tyson's Corner, Virginia, Northwest D.C., and Bethesda, Maryland or in your office or home by appointment.
